interested in how these things work or are supposed to work
- is there any type of debrief between the outgoing and incoming staff
- how is recruiting handled in these situations - who is and is not allowed to contact recruits - for instance is Riley allowed to contact recruits given his termination
- does the old staff hand over the scouting reports done the prior years on conference opponents
- how much contact is the new staff allowed with the team after the hire
- logistics of installing new schemes? - are playbooks/files handed out right away- do players hold "informal" practices prior to spring - can the coaches meet with the QBs and instruct them on which throws to work on - give them film etc
- are there situations where the old staff is bitter and are shredding and burning documents on their way out
- were the Solich-Callahan, Callahan-Pelini, Pelini-Riley, and Riley-Frost transitions amicable?
apologize for all the questions - just wondering how things are supposed to work - a lot of logisitical issues
Thanks
