Just FIRE Rhule and Start Over

Imagine losing to a 4th string QB who only managed 5 first downs.

The coaches and team should be ashamed and embarrassed. This was an awful loss.

Iowa ****ing owns us. **** this team.
Can you fire you? If so, I approve. If you need someone else to fire you, I will do it

If it wasn't too painful I'd go back and look. But I could swear he came from the outside (where a safety would not a LB like Bullock) and it was #3.
Yes don’t put yourself through the misery. I may be wrong also.

Reality is at least 4 Huskers could have stopped him but that is how a Nebraska vs Iowa game finishes. We let them hang around and then there is that one miracle play that puts them back in the game. Leave it to the refs to give Iowa a break and they win by FG

I said they should be but they won’t be. It isn’t going to change. Same song and dance every year, except this year there’s a 4th rate bowl to play in.

If Foley is not fired this weekend then I agree Rhule should be. Special Teams has played a role in losing at least three games this year!
Why give him a pass even if he does it now? I don't understand this mentality. This is big boy football and he gets paid 8 million dollars. "Good job rhule, you addressed special teams after it cost us 218 games!"

No way, how was Shavers supposed to know those idiots didn’t actually touch the ball?

So glad that fvcking moron IGC is gone. I don’t know what coaching he’s getting but he makes the dumbest plays .
Barney fvcking dumb back there too, does he fccking even know we get the ball at the 25 if he just fair catches? I am not sure he made it past the 20 all night
THIS. Why did we return the kickoff multiple times?

Can the coaches not tell him after the first one to "stop"?

And if they are telling him not to and he is anyway, what does that say about the effectiveness of our coaches?

Players not producing is on coaching too. They taught them. They recruited them. And yes McGuire recruited his starters. Neyor dropped a big play tonight. Neyors made a lot of bad plays this year. Banks improved when DH got here.

So you're telling me that every mistake made by a player is on the coaches? White called the perfect defense and 3 guys missed the tackle, ICG missed fielding a punt and that's on the coaches? Missed chip shot FG after going 9 for 9 is on the coaches? DR missing wide open WRs is on the coaches? Nah I don't that players need to take accountability

Be interesting to see if the “culture” turns the corner when the upper classes graduate out. That’s usually when you see the future. With Frost, we knew it was bad. With Rhule, we know he’s not a great game-day, in-game coach, so we gotta hope his recruiting and talent identification and development overcome the other deficiencies.

Your part of the problem at apologist
It’s a fact. We’ve been bad for 10 years. We brought in a coach to rebuild and here in year 2, naturally, his best offensive players are freshmen. Hes got us to a bowl for the first time since 2016 with a bunch of freshmen on offense. I hate losing these games too but it’s not being an apologist to speak facts. You’re impatient and I don’t blame you because it’s been a long exhausting journey as a husker fan. But you can’t fault Rhule for that. If we’re having these same results next year and the year after I’d be with you, but you have to let him obtain and develop his young players instead of get pissed off that he’s not immediately winning 8+ games when he’s taken over a program that has been absolute trash for 10 years.

Alright…who do you want for Head Coach? Let’s do another complete rebuild after two years! And then when your guy doesn’t work out after two years, let’s do another complete rebuild!
