Led the team in tackles in the Bowl. Welcome back Buddha.
Toby is an all-time great Blackshirt."Wright, the son of Nebraska great Toby Wright"
Maybe I knew that way back when he was recruited, but I'd forgotten that. Anyway... this great news!
It's great to see a player that wants to be here and stay in the program. Plus his skill set for an inside LB(excellent in pass coverage and tackling in space) will really help out the defense next season. I hope he can be the on and off the field leader that Ty was for the team this past year. Excellent news!"7th season" - wow, that's quite an accomplishment.
Probably making a decent amount in NIL too. Don't fault him one bit. Take every opportunity you can to get ahead in life.I'll just get this in before anyone else says it.
He's battled blood clots and injuries and he's still producing. Hope he has a healthy and successful 2025.Probably making a decent amount in NIL too. Don't fault him one bit. Take every opportunity you can to get ahead in life.
So he'll be what..25 next season?
Dude.....
Covid year, red shirt plus medical red shirt I assume. That makes 7Does he need any waiver still or is he good to go?
I also admire the guys who battle through adversity and don’t quit. Love to see that resilience.
Javin for what he’s persevered through will be fondly remembered by lots of fans.Toby is an all-time great Blackshirt.

Not any more weird than applauding a hot teacher that diddles a minor.I'm surprised so many people are OK with 25 y/o's still playing CFB....not trying to start any fights, just making an observation. Seems weird to me. He will be playing with kids who were in grade school when he enrolled in college.

He had to get a waiver i believe . Because It said Nebraska was working on trying to bring him back.Does he need any waiver still or is he good to go?

College football is now essentially AA/AAA pro football so I don’t see it as much different from 25-30 year old “career” minor league baseball players who never advance to the big show. Of course mid-20s grad students who often may have barely eked out a bachelor’s degree isn’t a good look for the schools. It used to be a challenge to be admitted to grad school but apparently now it’s automatic for skilled athletes.I'm surprised so many people are OK with 25 y/o's still playing CFB....not trying to start any fights, just making an observation. The current situation is surely messy and no one is in charge.

My daughter plays softball at USD and as a freshman last year played against a lot of grown 23-25 year old women. Big difference. Especially in the pitching area.I'm surprised so many people are OK with 25 y/o's still playing CFB....not trying to start any fights, just making an observation. Seems weird to me. That's because you don't realize it's about you.Easily one of my favorite GIF's

There is a big difference in experience and if you know anything about D1 softball, experience on the mound is a massive difference maker. I had 2 children at 25. Agreed time to move on.Don't care enough about girls sports to really have much of an opinion on that but 23? Meh...24? Outer limit, but OK (assuming circumstances beyond your control) ...but 25? Time to get on with your life. YMMV
What does YMMV mean.Yeah i'm such an idiot, I had no idea you were calling me one.
When somebody pulls that silly crap with me I just like their post and pay a compliment. YMMV.
