I struggle with this one much more than Betts. Betts left in the spring for various or whatever reasons. IGC just seemed to straight up quit when things got tough. For the players that stuck with Nu during the shit show last year. IGC should have some uncomfortable explaining to do

High year-to-year roster churn is a reality for most teams these days. Success in the new world will depend on how well you're able to "pick and choose" the churnees and then mold them into a cohesive team in a short period of time. You'd hope NFL people would be a little more familiar with that process but we'll see. It's a different type of coaching talent required now then was required some years ago.

Even Georgia is churning guys.
