Is BIG 10 Network/Big 10 2 the only choices for NW coverage?

My twin brother lives in Atlanta and doesn't subscribe to the Big Ten Network. He is hosting some Nebraska fans who just happen to be in town this weekend, and he'd really like to serve up some good-ol' Husker football for them to enjoy around the pool.

Is there any chance at all the NW/NU game will be live-streamed...and if so, how can he access it? Also, if anyone is familiar with 'SLING', do you know if that is a viable option for this game?

I will appreciate any helpful information I can relay. Thanks everyone.
