I know Nebraska has elite facilities and I have only seen the videos (locker room is amazing), but there are many rankings and comments I've seen that mention they are comparable. Lots of things go into I guess, including the proximity to Kinnick which I have seen.

I will admit that I love Kinnick Stadium. One of the best places to watch a game in all of college football.
Wrong, Iowa's facilities are nicer, yours are 10 years old or so at the time they were state of the art, but much like a new car the newer the better. I like Kinnick much better than Memorial Stadium. Kinnick is much closer to the action, no bad seats, better concessions and rest rooms.
Says the guy that obvious hasn't been to our facilities. Kinnick is a shit hole, just like the program that plays there 7 times a year.
GBRHusker - thanks for proving my earlier point correct. The extreme fans (you included) make the fanbases look like morons. The rest of the Husker posters in this thread are the majority - able to think and interact with some common sense. I experienced it both in Lincoln and Iowa City. Both fanbases have people like you - maybe that's a good thing? I guess we need morons to keep the rivalry "heated."
Should I not host Iowa fans next year in Lincoln then? Should I not bring 3 Iowa fans and not charge them a penny for the tickets I buy for them? Should I charge them a rental fee for staying at my house?

Extreme fan means someone telling it like it is? I've also stated Iowa knocked us all over the field yesterday. I guess that's not being an "extreme Husker fan", but a realistic one.

Nebraska has a bigger stadium but I highly doubt they have better practice and training facilities than Iowa after Iowa's recent upgrades. Not saying Nebraska doesn't have good facilities. It ebbs and flows. Next time Nebraska spends $100 million on their facilities they will probably have better facilities than Iowa.

I'm well aware of what validation means. I couldn't care less how many Husker fans are on the Iowa board. It's moot to you Hawkeyes over here thinking your facilities are equal to or better than Nebraska. They aren't.

Kinnick was nice in regards it was easy to move around the stadium for the most part, but concessions and restrooms were horribly congested (to be fair, I haven't been to a facility other than maybe PBA where this isn't an issue). Thought there could be more TV's/screens in the concourses for those waiting in line could keep up with what was going on on the field.
The views in Kinnick are nice, not a bad seat in the house. I was surprised I guess at how small the stadium seemed. It holds 70,000 but I guess it just doesn't seem/feel like it. Maybe it's because of how it is sunken into the ground, but it just feels like four sets of grandstands and not a "stadium". The atmosphere and electricity were fine, just felt like the four sections were more separated than what I would have anticipated them to be.
