Well yes I am an alpha. I don't make the rules, I'm a 6'4" 285lb former DI athlete with 2 black belts. I wouldn't attack someone physically inferior to me because of the harm I'm capable of causing. But maybe that's the disconnect here. Maybe you were comfortable implying you would choke your wife in the right circumstances because you two are on the same level physically? I can see how that might change someone's mindset if their chances against a 140lb woman might be more of a 50/50 sort of scenario.
