If a kid is hurt that's one thing but when he's running well and you still refuse to use him that's a problem. And I don't want to hear any excuses for his pass pro or him being fat or him not being motivated. If you can't figure out that his style of play helps you help your quarterback and line then maybe you deserve to get fired.
Whatever it is Riley better figure it out or he's gonna be out of a job sooner then later.
