REPORT: Huskers meet with another transfer portal quarterback

A new report has stated that the Nebraska Cornhuskers have met with another quarterback in the transfer portal.

They should meet with as many as possible. I would be much more optimistic and impressed if they can haul in a top QB from the portal. It would show a commitment to winning now if they did so.

Although Rhules not saying it out loud at press conferences I believe it shows he understands he needs a better option at quarterback next season. This is refreshing to see, hopefully he gets one and they can build off their skillset to setup us up to compete.

Start with 1, win, and figure out the rest later. I'm not sure it's realistic to expect 2 good portal qb's at once given where we are at and our alleged cheapness.

Leavitt is not the answer for 2024 as of right now, and without a QB coach, how does he develop to be that? Satt is a bigger liability then Coz was at this point

One quarterback that I would not overlook is Toledo's Dequan Finn. Two year starter. Has the game video and stats to evaluate. Also is the MAC MVP. (One year of eligibility remaining)
