Players see changes are not being made that could help the team. They expect the coach to make decisions based on the team as a whole. Frost has not done that.
He has put a player and a few coaches above the team. That is not leadership and I suspect players are tired of it. He no longer has the confidence of the players, fans and probably a few coaches.
