Fred Hoiberg spoke to the media this afternoon ahead of his team's shootaround and Friday's game against Texas A&M.
He was asked about his contract extension and said he's appreciative of NU's leadership. Then he went on to say he expects to retire in Lincoln:
“We absolutely love it,” Hoiberg said. “And it's kind of cool how life has come full circle. And very likely, my career is going to end in Lincoln. I just am really appreciative of the belief."
