Sucks. He comes across as someone that doesn't bounce back quickly from these kind of things.
Will probably have to for a portion of the game because the our roster doesn’t have other options. When they are on the floor together the significant difference in quickness on who they will be matched up against will be concerning.Wonder if we will play Morgan and Meah at the same time? Meah at the 5, Morgan at 4?
We have a player on the bench who averaged 6ppg and nearly 20 min/game in the b10 last year. If Fred would ever let him out of his doghouse…Amazing how one guy down makes us so thin. Hope we stay out of foul trouble.
Griffiths hasn’t shown me a whole lot. But I will say I’d rather see him in the game ahead of Cale Jacobson. We have a player on the bench who averaged 6ppg and nearly 20 min/game in the b10 last year. If Fred would ever let him out of his doghouse…
I'm hoping he gets a shot and he makes the most of it. I'm with @schuele in hoping this doesn't mean more CJ minutes. We have a player on the bench who averaged 6ppg and nearly 20 min/game in the b10 last year. If Fred would ever let him out of his doghouse…
This is a major blow for the team. Berke was playing major minutes, two positions and playing with confidence. The ankle injury didn't look good. Berke could come back and play in a week or two but those serious ankle sprains can take 6-12 months to fully recover from. If he comes back to play, he won't be the same player we saw on Sunday.
I doubt we'll have him back by the B1G tourney. This is a major blow for the team. Berke was playing major minutes, two positions and playing with confidence. The ankle injury didn't look good. And it's not going to matter anyway. If Berke's able to play at 80% a month from now (just a guess), he's not going to be effective. He won't be getting off the floor well for rebounds. He'll be mostly upper body on his 3 point shots. Guards will blow past him if he switches out on them.I doubt we'll have him back by the B1G tourney.
