True, but he’s still been our second best WR this year.
We've signed seemingly a gazillion WR recruits over the past 5 years, yet here we are with a thin WR room occupied mainly by portal kids.
Thought he might be the second coming of Samari Toure but instead he was the second going of (insert any number of WR names here).
Can a player transfer more than once without sitting out a year?

That’s 4 very good WRs with Liewer on top of that as a blocking possession reliable guy. Personally I’m not disappointed that slippery paws left.
It couldn't be more clear that SF and MJ had different conversations with this kid and made different promises.
At the end of the day -- perform and you'll be on the field.
What benefit would MJ be getting out of sitting a #1 talent at wideout? Anyone?
Exactly. The person he needs to get in good with is his QB. You start dropping too many balls and the QB isn't going to fart in your general direction.

This is comical. Kid has drops, fumbles and also looks like he is going through the motions, but it is Mickey's fault?

And IGC only got practicing with the team late, had a great game against NW, then quits within a couple weeks? Thought there was also an injury in there? Plenty of season left to earn his reps.

Hopefully Rahmir Johnson is recovered and able to get in the mix. He wasn’t suited up at Rutgers.
I would normally agree, but I lost all my trust in him when he tried to pick up the dead punt and almost turned it over.
That was on top of some other issues that I would look past, but the punt thing was just a deal breaker.
And he couldn’t hang on to the ball, his fumble probably cost us the game against nw, I think he had another fumble in another game
The ability of some folks to handle adversity is shocking. Him and the old man probably thought he'd spend a year at Nebraska piling up numbers before heading off to the NFL. Easy peasy.
If that’s really his dad lighting up Twitter (and I have my doubts), he needs to enter the family transfer portal.
Something has stunk about the WR room here. For several years it's been a revolving door of highly rated kids transferring out, while some head-scratchers getting a whole lot of PT.
This kid, with his on-field performance this season, thought he was still in the running for #1 wideout?

So do we really think Rahmir is going to play for this team again? We are 6 games in and he’s been in just a handful of plays. More telling, IMO, that not one word on his status has been released since MJ took over. If someone knows differently, I’d like to hear it.
Whip really likes Rhamir’s talent in space. He would be playing at WR if not for an injury
indeed, washington has made some clutch grabs...and I'm no wr coach...but I watched a video from westercamp bout a year ago...and he kept going on about timing, timing, timing.....which thopmson and washington probably have the most of seeing they played together at ut.
why is daddy getting involved on social media, this is a D 1 college program not some highschool somewhere.
Not officially. But he has a better chance of getting a waiver of the one time transfer rule because the coach was fired. That and the fact that if he pushes the matter into a court setting in the present atmosphere, he'd have a good chance of winning.
