I mean, special teams sucked in year 4. Horrendous. We hired a ST coordinator and it’s at least average or much improved.
We also fired minor league OC/Staff in year 4 and we hired an OC and brought in transfers/recruits and they played really well in 8 or 9 of 12 quarters and are much improved. More efficient offense, even late in games.
Next year we fire minor league Defensive staff and hire a new DC and he follow the same formula, so we’ll finally be sound in all 3 phases.
This would be my pitch to Trev.
I think it’s clear that the staff changes have improved the performance of our team significantly. One final change on defense and we going to the Ship!!!!
