Can we give out any grayshirts? Meaning give scholarships to guys after attrition takes its toll. In the meantime they are considered walk-ons.

ONE OF THESE GUYS IS A QUARTERBACK?????????????????????

Not sure where you have been for the last month and a half, but Scott Frost, the new head coach at Nebraska, was a QB (national championship QB at that!). He also plays QB in practice now and then.

FYI, that is him on the far right in the picture!

So yes, one of those guys is a QB!

Why would Lee leave? He is a returning starter, can’t imagine he would want to sit out a year.

Someone over on RSS "heard" this rumor about Eric Lee.

He enrolled early at NU. He took summer courses. This May will be 3.5 years at NU.

There is a chance that he would be a grad transfer according to that poster.

So if that is indeed the case, the coaching staff is looking to grab one more DB to play corner. I am not sure why they weren't planning on it already as Frost already mentioned last month that the DB numbers are lacking.
