A lot of good Nebraska QBs had low throwing stats but good enough to win on the ground. Even Satterfield said we will happily take a mistake free game where we run the ball 80% of the time and win 21-7… we won 28-14.
Adrian ran a 4.55 I don’t believe he is to far if at all behind Adrian.
But if he takes that brace off he might start running down highways like Forrest Gump and return with a beard brushing his navel and hoping to find two more years of eligibility. Those braces allow a career to happen not hinder it. Especially with a player who has had two major surgeries.

Chubba Purdy has had many opportunities to prove he is as bad ass as his brother at both Florida St and Nebraska. Sadly he has not born any fruit for either team on the field of play. If Chubba decides to live the rest of his life in Nebraska I would welcome him. Same for Jeff Sims. On the football field though is is what it is.
