After last week and this week I'm starting to get the feeling the main problem is in the receiver and tight end room. Coincidently we have a 23 year coach and an Analyst over those 2 groups. They just don’t get open, the can’t block and as Ruhle said in his presser last week even the decoys are running the wrong routes. Critical end of game situations and where is Fidone

Yeah I don’t think the staff handled that last few plays and OT well at all. They were slow getting the plays in and I think maybe stressed caution a little too much to Purdy. On that last regulation play I saw one of our WRs look like he came open in the back of the endzone but Purdy had already released the ball. So hard to tell because the cameras never really gave us views of the whole field. Awful camera work.
Yeah our freshmen are not strong when they’re engaged I the 5 yards off the LOS. They looked pretty tentative. I saw a couple of them give up on routes. We got bailed out with a D holding call on one of them.
