While many folks feel as though recruiting today was a failure I tend to see some positives.
First I dont think OU or Notre Dame got any players to pick them...Bigger names but same results as us.
I also don't remember seeing hats on any of the tables for Iowa, Michigan St., Penn St, Texas A&M, Oregan, etc. While Nebraska didnt get picked we were on the table more than in prior years...and far more than a lot of the Power 5 teams. I'd rather be on top talent (NU hats on the tables) and lose than not to even be in the hunt. To me this is a sign of improvement in recruiting.
Does anyone know how many hats were out on tables today? Then the hat count by team? I bet NU was pretty high on the list so again a sign our recruiting is changing for the better.
