If true I hope some journalists will ask if Mike is willing to make changes (coaching staff, philosophy) as the record shows his teams struggle in said areas. Imo is if u give the facts and then ask if he is willing to change and he says no personnel changes period we are screwed and Eichorst needs to go practice law again!!!
