Diaco stats

I am only concerned with scoring more points than my opponent each individual game.
Glad that is your concern. However, I thought this thread was looking at stats in comparison to other teams. Why look at defensive stats at all? Just look at win-loss record.

Pretty sure Tuco would rather look at stats that matter, rather than cherry picked ones from debbie downers who are mad we didnt hire Belichick.

Why dont you give us some yards per rush, 3rd down defense, etc stats Tulsa.

Pts per game and ranking NU vs. ND
2009 (Year before Diaco) - NU #1 -10.4, ND #63-25.9
2010 NU #9-17.4, ND #23-20.2
2011 NU #42-23.4, ND #24-20.7
2012 NU #58-27.6, ND #2-12.8
2013 NU #50-24.8, ND #27-22.4

These are comparable programs with comparable schedules.

Essentially we have a nicer, but less accomplished Bo Pelini as a DC now.

I'll take it. Pelini was hired as our head coach based on his track record as a defensive coordinator. He was fired because he was a jerk and not a very good head coach. If you are telling me we get something similar without the personality, and without him being the head coach, I'll take it.

you'll have to point me to diaco's 400+ yds allowed to a RB, 70 pts allowed performances, or not being able to stop a simple jet sweep game.

Bump, maybe not 400 to one, but this was another epic meltdown
