There has been a great deal of talk about firing the current coaching staff. Think about it .. a new AD is coming in and do we really think two or three months on the job he is going to make a change? What would that say about the new AD? It would tell me he already has he mind made up before knowing the staff etc. It would also tell me he has a guy in mind to replace MR again not a guy I want in charge. Also if he makes a change and it does not work what coach would want a job at NU if every 3 or 4 years we fire the coaching staff. I don't like talking about Frost because there is not an opening at NU and who knows if he would be the choice of the new AD and would Frost consider NU. Oh what if the new AD is told pick Frost what person would want a job where you are to,d what to do and if it does' work out it is your fault. My thought is the new AD will give MR at least one if not two years. After that he will have been at NU long enough to make his own mind up on what changes if any need to take place. Just my opinion.
