fast start for the devils

should be an interesting one in the ACC

Clemson looks lost on offense. Did this happen since Chad Morris left?

DJ U left and looks like a 5*

Something wrong down there. They can’t get downfield
haven't seen a Hopkins/Higgins type on the outside in a bit, either

Duke is kicking the Tigers ass so far. Game should be 16-0 right now. Those two turnovers may end up killing Duke when it's all said and done.

I feel bad for all you ACC fans. Your best program of the playoff era just shit the bed.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM. Duke moneyline was free money last year and continuing into year 2. Mike Elko turned a 40 point per game defense into a 22 point per game defense in one year. Now in year 2, he held the best recruiting and playoff performer in the conference to 7 points. It is surreal to see the change happen so quickly after they fell apart the last couple years of Cutcliffe's tenure.

NIL catching up with Clemson. Their competitive advantage has been eliminated now that bag men are no longer a factor.

You can’t turn the ball over like Clemson did and expect to win. IMO Minnesota is probably at least on par with Duke if not more talented. I think our D is maybe better than Clemson’s. 🤔
Yes, your first game on the road against a conf team is tough. Ask Clemson and OSU. Especially breaking in a new QB, coach and scheme

2 missed FG one was blocked, and 2 fumbles inside the 5 yard line is the main reason they were upset..

They had over 400 yards of offense and nothing to show for it..
As Scott Frost learned, yards doesn’t equal points or Ws. We had 4 turnovers including an INT in the endzone and lost by a field goal to a team I would bet to beat Duke in the Twin Cities.

Also poor receiver play. They don't have the same talent at qb any longer, that's a given, but the receivers weren't helping out any either.

Absolutely amazing when you consider some of the top 15 recruiting classes they have had now for years. It is puzzling. I think Dabo is a good coach and they must have quality athletes. Could this just be them playing a turd of a game they thought they would win easily?

I think maybe they missed on QBs Tennessee and Georgia have gotten some of the other recruits too that Dabo has gone after

Yeah they're missing on qb's. Coaching of WR's and OL has been awful. Dabo got complacent I think. Their OL cost them a title shot a couple years back when they had the pieces everywhere else.

In looking back...TCU is now 1-3 in their last 4 games...which I hadn't thought about because some of those games were last year...but after thinking about it...it is possibly I am/was, to high on TCU because 2 of thos losses came to K-State and CU....good, but not great, teams.

You conveniently left out the Duke miscues in the first half or the ass kicking would have been worse. Duke looked like the better team last night.

Duke looked like the better team, but largely due to Clemson looking godawful. I think Duke will be lucky to go 8-4 on the year. And I think Clemson will rebound to 9-3.
