I assure you. The people who will be working this case didn't vote for the current president. Do you know any game wardens?

You seem upset that you aren't allowed to tear down an eagles nest. As in, you would tear it down in a heartbeat if you could. You want to tear down the nest of our national bird. To try and make an extra couple dollars a year. Makes sense.
You couldn't be more wrong...when you pay several million dollars for farmland you kind of want to utilize it and get the most out of your investment...WE CONTACTED the game warden and asked how to proceed...we could have cut it down as soon as we took possession and nobody would have even known...but you know, we actually care about our country and follow the laws unlike some people...but carry on.

No need to buy fishing and hunting permits anymore. If you’re caught you can just tell them you’re an undocumented hunter… boom, no big deal

Removing a tree or even a few trees rarely results in a better return on investment. Unless you're the only guy in America that has a big dead tree in the middle of your field that is stopping you from putting up a pivot.

Most of the "improvements" farmers are doing like taking out trees or converting pasture to cropland don't actually pan out economically. The government ends up footing the bill to make the economics work. Through subsidized crop insurance. Or CRP. Or disaster payments. Or cost sharing a fix when it starts eroding.

I love when cubicle dwellers are farming or ranching experts. Always entertaining

So is everyone going to come back here if they deport these guys? Last time I checked you can't shoot vultures either so I doubt they get off scott free. The vulture defense isn't going to stand.

Cubicle dweller. Good one. My family has had many opportunities to rape our land for profit. We have declined. I have relatives that do and it's sad. Uncle's telling me they want more quail around while literally bulldozing the last 10 feet of trees along a creek where we used to hunt quail. While the portion that is finished has soybeans falling into the creek.

When in Iowa

We go on a fishing trip every year in northern Minnesota. A few years ago we were fortunate enough to watch an eagle swoop down and get a fish. It was close enough we could see that the fish was a perch. It was awesome. And w once in a life time type deal being as close as it was.

Pretty cool what you can see on some of those Minnesota lakes between the eagles and loons. Watched some otters playing one day in Voyageurs NP. That was pretty cool.

It definitely made putting up a new pivot more of a hassle but we made it work...next time we need farming help I will be sure to let you know since you have all the answers...

Agree, and we aren't removing it because if we did would be breaking the law and we would be punished...are these aliens who actually killed an eagle going to be punished? highly unlikely...again Biden's America.

Yup the first thing he did was roll back protection on Bald Eagles.

How is killing a bald eagle any different than killing a cow for hamburger?

There's only an estimated 59 mountain lion in Nebraska & they're hunted legally from January 2 thru February 28th. There's over 200 bald eagle nests in Nebraska.
The symbolism is definitely a bad look though, for someone here illegally & not contributing anything.

You guy's can't talk about anything without bringing in politics.
