Can anyone top my home cooked meal from yesterday

A couple slices of Elk summer sausage to start, Caribou and Big Horn Sheep steaks, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, bread sticks and Sam Adams Summer Ale

summer sausage was mine, caribou from a friend in Alaska and Big Horn from my brother in law (shot last fall near Cody). Grilled them medium rare. Caribou was pretty gamey but still good, Big Horn was unbelievably good. My elk sausage I will put up against any in the US ("tangy" style done in Casper at Dans Meats)

**if you ever come through Casper, let me know and you can stop by and I'll give you a roll of the elk summer sausage. I just had 26 more made this week and since I drew antelope, deer and elk this year I'm confident I will be getting more made this fall.
