A buddy sent this so I'm not sure which message board this came off of. #5, in particular, has me pretty worried:
List of Valid Reasons why we will beat Nebraska 1
Getting very positive for this. This is what I can think of.
1. Taysom is the best player on the field. The team with the best Quarterback usually wins. Advantage us.
2. It's a bigger game for us than for them. Nebraska fans could care less about BYU, beating Nebraska at Nebraska makes our season.
3. Bronco owns Mike Riley. At this point Bronco probably knows as much about the Nebraska offense as the Cornhuskers do. He will be able to defend it, even with lesser talent.
4. New offenses take time to gel. Nebraska will be installing new plays and week one usually has it's fair share of hiccups. BYU will be ready to execute at a higher level in week 1.
5. Innovative time out strategy. Bronco is on the cutting edge calling timeouts before PAT's. The mind games will be worth as least a couple points for us.
