We bought a house a couple of years ago and we are starting to realize that our house just doesn't fit to our liking any more. We have been looking through a lot of options, We have looked at remodeling our house, but it isn't worth it. We have been starting to look at other houses to get ideas. We just think that being able to customize our house would be best for us. We have been searching different lots around Lancaster County and the prices vary quite substantially. We were looking to stay fairly on the lower side of the price for the lot, so we can spend more on the house. We would like to idealistically spend around $200,000 for the house. We are going to spend another few years in our current house to save up more money and get rid of all debt. I'm just curious if there were any recommendations for any one else who has been through this process? We are fairly new to this experience and any information would be helpful. TIA! And as always GBR!!!!!

Any donations/monies provided are always accepted RollingLaugh. Maybe I will host a get together for RSS when the house is complete Smokin
