Michigan has a position on their defense called the viper, which is a hybrid safety/outside linebacker. Just how similar is our defense going to be to Michigan's schematically? Their viper position sounds a lot like what Breon Dixon and Alexander will be playing under Chinander. Maybe we need to give that position a name on our defense.
