As much as I hate Penn State, I can't see them dropping far due to that loss.

Penn State won't drop hardly at all.. 3 B1G teams may stay in the top 10.

Penn St, Wisconsin and bucknuts. Michigan will barely drop out of the top 10.

They absolutely had no say in the matter the Cotton had to take the highest rated non Power 5 team.

Hell they had the most to lose and the least to Gain, against a Mac Champ.

What did they have to lose? They were given a gift by getting a mediocre at best team to play or they probably get sent packing with an L just like everyone else in the BIG
