I've driven through Nashville during Christmas time on the way to Ohio and it can get cold there. I suppose the temps could be relative. I left Nebraska 40 years ago and one gets acclimated to Texas weather after awhile. I still don't like the hot humid summers here but at least I can build houses all the way through the winters here.

Wisconsin and cu ain't that good...thats why we need serious portal time/thought/investment...not a sec team in a bowl....(so offseason is just kool aid and getting better)
