....as they, and we, remember the most tragic of days....every year, we take our 7th graders there on the way to DFW for our baseball unit, and while ALL stops are meaningful, about 5 years ago, we heard a mom speak about losing her young son. Heart wrenching.

I was in 3rd grade when it happened. The teacher had us watch the news and she told us to never forget what were watching. I never have. That moment has always suck with me. May peace come upon the people affected.
