I know this has been brought up 100 times but would appreciate any input from the weekend smokers of RSS.
I have researched smokers for the last month and have narrowed it down to the Big green egg or Blaz'n grill. I have never smoked before and can't decide if I should go pellet smoker (Blaz'n) or natural wood in the BGE.
Any advice for an extreme notice smoker would be appreciated.
