I've picked up on a few threads, most recently about Noah Fant-asy, that Banker is not serious or dedicated to recruiting. Something to the effect that he is unwilling to go on the road and that we have been late in identifying and offering talent.
It appears several of our coaches are great recruiters but everyone has to play their part.
