Great post... I skimmed it, just looking at the edit. Totally missed the stats you pointed out as well. Thanks!

Yeah, still appreciate the post tho. You also included Gebbia which was nice.Ha ha. I was just messing around
This cannot be overstated.GBRMartinez was 59.8% career passer. 56 TD 29 INT. something like 1000 attempts
POB in 21 high school games 149 carries 655 yards15 TDs
Gebbia 32 high school games 123 carries 339 yards 12 TDs
No one said they were option QBs but they aren't the statues that Marino or P. Manning were either.
Again having mobility is different than being a running QB.
Edit-
If you watch Washington destroy Stanford you see what I mean about mobility. Browning is by no means a running QB. His career stats are 85 attempts 62 yards. Obviously some of that is sack yardage. But in that Stanford game he was moving in the pocket, avoided the rush, forced Stanford defenders to defend for 5-8 seconds and found open receivers. 15 for 21 210 yards and 3 TDs. Efficient passing can open up running game too.
