With the coaches so now involved with practices and game preparation, who or how at UNL is uncovering the talent that has been overlooked? Specifically the high school football players that weren't stars before the season but have shown themselves during this high school season across the country.
Anyone with some insider knowledge about Finding Talent?

And here I thought all along they just came to Rivals, picked all the 4 and 5 star kids and threw darts on a random Monday morning. Who knew!
perhaps I could interest them in High School rugby playoffs, you know, where you find guys who can dominate in pads and not give 2 u know whats about stars or what your daddy did 20 years ago, they show up, take spots, play minutes and win - Nor Cal & Utah HS Rugby would be a start to get instant D help, just sayin......bc this ain't pinball brother!
Coaches have been taking one or two days a week to recruit still. Plus like Buckman said we have all those guys going at it too.
