I imagine this is a much discussed topic from year to year, but I don't recall any discussion lately. My extremely limited research leads me to believe the visiting team provides the officiating crew. If so, was Colorado responsible for picking the crew, or the big 12? I would think that this crew's ineptness would be a known quantity. You don't just turn horrible overnight. What recourse for complaint does the home team have?
