I'm needing some ideas. I workout at 5:30 or 6 a.m. every day. Usually I eat a bowl of oatmeal beforehand. However, I'm feeling like I need more protein before my workout.
Any ideas of what to go with instead? Stick with the oatmeal? Workout fasted? Kms?
