Who do you guys believe to be the better running back for the Huskers? Before anyone gets distraught with me for starting this thread understand that I believe both players were amazing running backs for our University. I am just looking for personal opinion! Btw, if you weren't old enough to actually watch Ahman please say so.
I personally give a slight edge to Ahman because of the combination of size and speed! He is also the Packers leading rusher for a storied NFL team.
Both guys had trouble with injury in their final seasons at Nebraska. Ahman with turf toe and Ameer with a sprained knee. Both had a fair share of problems holding onto the ball. Both broke some of the most amazing runs, displaying both great eyes and balance. This truly is tough.
