I've heard some experts, maybe Andy Katz or Gottlieb, say that the dynamic has shifted. Some "mid-major" jobs are considered to be better gigs than certain BCS destinations. And that has proven out to be true of late. Now, guys like Shaka Smart are getting big money just to stay where they're at.

That's a good question. I refuse to "google it". Most coaches aren't a good fit at NU.
