4th down calls

Has anyone noticed that Langs is calling playaction (fake draws) out of the shotgun on 4th downs and long 3rd downs.

How does no one tell him, "hey they are probably not going to go for this fake and it's just wasting precious time for Tanner in the pocket."

I hope that guy gets his playcalling right or someone else starts making the calls.
