I just don't know what to think right now. That was a Cosgove level defense. Scary shit. Either these are growing pains and we will get better as the season progresses, or we are in for a very long season.

I try not to pin too much on the first game of the season....but those predictions of 7-5 might be pretty accurate.

If the defense plays like this every game, 7-5 would be amazing.

Well that was a disappointing win. Felt like Ball State, S. Dakota State, McNeese State. Ugggg.

Certainly a ton of improvement needed, but the only team that was damn lucky was ASU. 10 gift points from the refs the difference between sweating out a last drive and wondering if they'll beat the spread with one last meaningless score.
