#15 Michigan enters the vault as 1.5 point favorites

Yeah there was a terrible block call on Essegian but other than that, I thought NU got its share of the whistles.
The call on Meah was bad too... that guy started falling before meah even touched him and then grabbed Meahs arm. Those two calls literally had nothing to do with the end score. Berke, Morgan, Essegian and Gary couldn't throw a rock into the ocean today

38.6 points a game got us 8... end of story and all four of these guys owe Brice a NCAA bid now. Unreal college players can be this bad

Does 1890 run it for both? Do donors get to specify which sport they donate for?
The money goes to make the castle look better and not to improve the shed in the backyard. Honestly our hoops player value tops out around 100K - Duke - probably 1 million or more. We will need to have great coaching and players that can build a program. We do not have the funds to turn this thing around with the transfer portal.

Probably doesn’t matter anyway. Much smaller programs with way less money are running circles around us. Not sure what the answer is but if it’s not the players…..

It's both. Fred needs 35% from 3 to win games. His offense does not work if we can't hit threes. Look at our roster and ask yourself, How many of our starting five would start for Michigan?

our 3pt % is 32.7 for the year

good for 254th nationally

Isn’t that on the coach or is basketball that much different than football?

You have no clue what you are talking about. Honestly, you are a clown.

This last spread out stretch of the season is kind of weird

Maybe playing 1 game per week is good for health, but can’t be good for rhythm

Needless to say, I’m not a fan (typical B1G bs)

We’re going to be attempting to win multiple games in consecutive days very soon

Depending on the draw, I can see Michigan losing their 1st round game.

Gary might also. He would be a beast on a team with 2 or 3 good shooters, where he could focus more on defense and playing inside.
I think Gary has been asked to do too much this year. He has always been a strong rebounder, played tough defense, and taking the ball hard to the rim. Expecting him to be a threat from outside and a scorer was just plain unrealistic. What I don’t know is whether Hoiberg put these expectations on him or whether Gary put them on himself. I do know, it wasn’t a smart thing to do.

Maybe so. But on the other hand, if Gary isn't aggressive on offense then Williams is going to draw even more defensive attention.

I'm not exactly president of the Fred Fan Club, but he's probably gotten about as many wins out of this group as anyone could. Fred's next portal class needs to be much more athletic, and it's on him to make that happen.

I agree with you completely. I think Fred has done a good job coaching this year. What he did a horrible job at was constructing this roster.

Enlighten us. How much NIL goes to our Top five Basketball players versus the Top five in Football? Then compare what we pay players versus Kansas, Mich St, Mich...
Sorry derp, you’re the one acting like you know what the hell you’re talking about. You enlighten us, where’d you get the numbers that you threw out?
