The good, 50 lbs gone (hopefully forever) some things are definitely easier, clothes fit better, offense is moving around better.
The bad, making the harder choices to get below 30 carbs a day. This is tough (20 is the goal) figuring out which light beer sux the least. No creamer in the coffee, reading every f'ing label, paying 3 bucks for a Keto Cookie and it sux more than the beer.
The worse, wrenching my back trying to exercise. Now my SI joint (back/hip) apparently is bad, can't stand upright. I go see the back guy Wednesday.
A small Ribeye and 2 light beers is the win for today. But a shit week basically, anybody else having a shit week?
