    I agree with scarletred here(which doesn't happen too frequentlyWinking). You shouldn't generalize like that. Especially when it says "Moderator" under your name. Every fan base in the country of any decent size has great fans and..................well..............less than great fans.

    I don't think I was being particularly clever. I was just pointing out that some of the players responsible for winning national championships for their schools would have a tough time beating my 8 year old in a spelling bee, which is either ironic, funny or sad. You choose.

    Nebraska would never do anything like this right? finished 10-4 losing both the Big 12 championship game and a bowl game to Washington What about Michigan St? finished 11-3, losing B1G championship game Ohio St.? Finished 12-0 and ranked #3 in the AP. Carry on.

    It will happen soon(2-5 yrs?) I think. Nebraska seems to have made more of a commitment to the basketball program than at any time I can remember.

    The reason it looked like a travel was because of the uncalled hand check. Both teams got away with fouls in the final 2 seconds.
