It's prime rib week on the RSS...only fitting I start this thread

First of all, if you are new to RSS, every year during Christmas week we talk prime rib. Some online recipe I discovered has turned into "Dean's Prime Recipe" on the RSS. It's become a running holiday week joke on here, but it's a bulletproof way to make prime rib.

Let's also discuss meat prices on bone-in rib roasts. Costco appears to be the best I've seen at $12.99 for choice. Picked up a 4 bone one last night there for Christmas eve. Hy Vee and Fareway are much, much higher this year with what's happened to meat prices. What type of prices are people seeing out there?
