Yeah, even the ones that "kept going" were a little phony with it all, which I totally understand.

I went from being on zoom for entire class periods to 20 minutes to 15 minutes to 5 minutes.

In the end a lot of kids got good grades. Which again, I get.
My daughter had 40 minute classes and her school even held remote summer school. Administrators were doing pop ins. There was accountability. Lots of appreciation and tons of respect from parents and tax payers about how everything was handled.

How old are you? If you have a thought or opinion that disagrees with something someone posts, don't immediately start name calling. It doesn't make you look good.
You actually said did Frost actually ever see him play . What kind of response does that deserve.? The one that I gave you. it was public knowledge that Watts wanted to play WR and Frost and co wanted DB . He also said in an interview he wanted to go to Nebraska but he just couldn’t be we were not good . None of this stuff is insider info. It’ was all out for anyone who wanted to see if they wanted to look hard enough.

Everybody mocks you openly

Can’t feel great

I have no doubt that your daughter had exactly what you said. But that was more of the exception.

Everybody already knows the stuff you are talking about. I asked if Frost actually took the time to watch him play in person. I heard that he didn't. This is just a simple example of Frost not taking the time to evaluate a future All-American collegiate football player by watching him play in person and it's symbolic of how hard you are recruiting a guy. Hell, Osborne and his staff would watch possible recruits play basketball games for f- sake.

Not playing football isn't illegal. Many of the comments on this thread were about the poor decisions he continues to make. As far as that article reads, the only illegal thing he did was drive on a suspended license. Again, why was the LEO asking for ID when pulling over to help a stranded motorist?
because Cops are always wanting to know who they are interacting with.. heck, even walking down the street they want to see your ID, which in that case, I don't think you have to show them. They are supposed to need probable cause, but they are going to look up and 'run' everyone through their system to see what comes up. It's supposed to be illegal, but fighting the law always leads to escalation and most of the time, they are gonna win no matter what, so most people just do what they ask them to do and hope it doesn't turn out badly.

I can honestly say that the 2 times I was having car trouble on the side of the road and a cop pulled up, I was not asked for my ID. Both times, I had already called for a tow and told the officer that. Both times, they wished me luck and moved on.

I would consider yourself lucky. Just out of curiosity, was this recent or was this more then 25+ years ago? the reason I ask is, law enforcement changed dramatically after 9-11.
