Why don't we recruit Iowa Western?

Just curious. What is the actual reason we never snag players from them?

I have thought about this before but was kinda brought back up last night when the talked about that Wisky DE from Iowa Western.

Maybe there is a valid reason but it seems they put out some pretty good juco talent. So what's the deal?
