Still on the fence, I don't know anyone who's buying it either so my prospects of seeing it are slim. Anyone know of any bar showing it by chance?
Must not be a big football fan either....I don't watch fights because men should love each other as Christ instructed in John 13. Not punch each other in the face while the drunks shovel over their money.![]()
I'd be more concerned with hardcore UFC vs hardcore boxing fans as both are pretty rabid.going to a friends house for this circus...with the way race relations are going in this country this fight and the people in the arena might actually be in danger of attacking each other
Yeah youre right. I wouldnt want to be in that arena or the near vicinity before during or after the "fight"I'd be more concerned with hardcore UFC vs hardcore boxing fans as both are pretty rabid.
Most bars can't afford it. The cost is $30 per occupancy. If your occupancy says 150 you are $4500 deep before you open the doors.

So do I root for domestic violence or blatant racism.. Quite the pair
I mean, I just usually pick the guy with the better trunks or ring entrance, not a big tmz fan though. So do I root for domestic violence or blatant racism.. Quite the pair
I will watch the fight on you tube, a week after for free![]()
Floyd destroyed mcgregor, he gave him 3 rounds to wear himself out and then Floyd went to work. The fight only lasted as long as Floyd chose for it to.It ended up being an ok fight, no brawling or anyone getting out of hand. It almost seemed a bit subdued, no more than a few seconds of swinging for the fences, so to speak, in most rounds. Neither fighter was in any real danger, Floyd was, as McGregor said after the fight, very controlled and composed throughout, making it difficult for McGregor to do much of anything.
One thing should be noted: McGregor talked a lot before the fight, and no doubt he made a lot of people dislike him. It's called promoting a fight, and he did it the way most knew he would. Floyd was very gracious after the fight, giving much props, and going out with class and ending a very successful career.
I just watched as much as I could find on You tube this morning, which was a lot for the most part. Not worth a $100, but I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars for what I saw, decent fight but nothing spectacular. I've seen a lot better, but I've also seen a lot worse.
I'm getting it. Hosting my leagues fantasy draft tomorrow night, followed up by the fights.
Worked out well, everyone thought they got at least $10 of entertainment out of it.Now THAT was a damn good idea. Wish I would have read this earlier. Crap.
Nobody got destroyed, the fight was too low energy for that. It was clear who the better boxer was and Floyd proved that. One thing's for sure, they both made incredible bank.Floyd destroyed mcgregor, he gave him 3 rounds to wear himself out and then Floyd went to work. The fight only lasted as long as Floyd chose for it to.
