Who are the coaches and the teams who are masters at identifying undervalued players and making them play at a level that looks like they have mostly 4 star players.
Now, I'm not talking about taking guys who are actually at a legit 2-3 star level and coaching them up, but rather finding guys who are lower rated but are actually as good or better players/athletes than most 4 star players. Guys like Danny Woodhead, Dean Steinkuhler, Jared Crick, or Spencer Long, who if they had played in the highest division in Texas or Florida, they would have been 4 stars.
Wisconsin is one obvious one. Will Frost be another? Who are the others?
