Dead cap? OP was talking about Cleveland, the team that has Deshaun Watson on a contract with $230M guaranteed. Say what you want about the decisions made in Dallas. There is no bottom to the decision making (especially about QB) in Cleveland.
I think she's pretty good at what she does and find theae accusations to be really unbelievable and terrible to even suggest.
Cleveland already has their quarterback. He's on a $250 million dollar guaranteed deal and he's rehabbing at various massage parlors in the Greater Cleveland area.
