Very impressed with what he’s done so far. Was skeptical and opposed to the hire, but he has done a phenomenal job.
he seems like a pro, I went to a few panther chats and asked about what they thought bout rhule (I know it's the nfl / different animal) and they called him a motivational speaker (some what bitter) but thats acctually good for a coach to be..and he seems ceo, ish....so he seems to know and say he delegates athorita to his coaches, as needed
and this is echoed from alot of different guests on 365 chat during all season, from coaches to reporters in the south...they all recommended him...
he seems like a pro talking to sipple and co too, answers the questions quicky and fully..sharp like guy

The guy is polished as they come extremely good speaker and the Texas connections are going to be very fruitful. As great as of a hire as I thought he was he’s even better the more I see. Doing things the right way in all aspects.
